North of Salzburg ...

... The village of Lamprechtshausen, with 4080 inhabitants, is located in the north of the provincial capital Salzburg and can be reached from Salzburg within 25 minutes.

The very good infrastructure and the many innovative businesses in the region make this area very prosperous and interesting.

As a location for sporting events, Lamprechtshausen is geographically very favourably situated on the Salzburg-Braunau axis, and its proximity to the German border is also very interesting.

The centre of Lamprechtshausen is approx. 2 km away from the complex. Shops for daily needs, schools, banks, doctors and various local amenities can be easily reached within a few minutes.

PROFESSIONAL EQUESTRIAN CENTER AT THE GATES OF SALZBURG!

A riding paradise in Lamprechtshausen ...

The riding facility known far beyond Austria's borders is situated on an area spanning around 5 hectares in the north of Salzburg.

Nestled among the gentle hills of the Flachgau, the facility lies in the heart of lush meadows at the edge of the "Silent Night municipality of Lamprechtshausen".

Family-run and internationally established over the last 20 years, this property is a household name for every equestrian sports fan and has been hosting national and international show jumping competitions and events of all kinds for many years.

As a port of call for demanding athletes, this unique facility is very popular among tournament participants and trainers alike, all who want to see their horses in the best of hands.

Four elaborately equipped stable wings, with boxes for around 85 horses and around 220 tent boxes are available during tournament operation.

Two riding halls, 1x measuring 75 m x 35 m and 1x measuring 40S4 m x 20 m, equipped with a sand-textile floor also offer ideal training conditions in poor weather.

What's more, a dressage area (60 m x 30 m) and jumping course (90 m x 75 m) are also available for open-air activities. The latter also features a spectator stand with room for around 100 people. Both riding areas have floodlighting and are equipped with ebb and flow systems to ensure perfect riding and jumping conditions.

On top of all that, the facility also has an administrative building with offices, a riders' lounge for cosy club evenings, outdoor paddocks, heated saddle chambers and a horse exerciser for up to five horses. Two garconniere flats are also available for staff, but these could also be rented out in other ways.

In the tournament facility, a large catering tent offers plenty of space for high-end entertainment. A TV and judges' tower offer professional conditions for national and international tournaments.

The space around the tent boxes, measuring several thousand square metres, has sufficient space for vans and tournament guests.

All in all, this area offers extremely favourable conditions for continued use as a tournament facility, as it is well-known among riding enthusiasts beyond Austria's borders and is very well-established.

Alternative use can also be considered due to the very large amount of space available.

Energy certificate in progress.
