... hunting ground is nestled in the impressive natural backdrop of the Zillertal Alps, in one of the most unspoilt and impressive side valleys of the Zillertal. The location captivates with its secluded setting amid a wild and romantic natural landscape characterized by rugged cliffs, clear mountain streams, and dense forests.
Access is via Mayrhofen, from where the road leads into the valley to Zemmgrund – past rushing mountain streams, wide alpine meadows, and dense mountain forests. This particularly scenic section of the valley is also directly adjacent to the Zillertal Alps High Mountain Nature Park.
215 hectares of private hunting grounds with agriculture in the picturesque Ziller
This approximately 215-hectare alpine pasture, forest, and private hunting ground is located in the rear Zillertal valley, in the Schwemmalm region, at an altitude of approximately 1,320 meters. The hunting lodge is located at approximately 2,320 meters above sea level.
This is a classic mountain hunt with striking differences in altitude, spacious valley lowlands, and high alpine terrain. This hunting ground impresses with its elevated location and enclosed basin, which offers ideal conditions for wild animals.
Throughout the entire hunting ground, you have the opportunity to hunt the following wild animals:
- Red deer
- Roe deer
- Chamois
- Ibex
- Black grouse
- Marmots
This variety of game makes hunting a special experience for passionate hunters. There are two to three feeding stations in the hunting ground.
The valley floor is easily accessible via a forest road, which also serves as an official hiking trail. Use is restricted to residents.
A small hunting lodge in the valley, idyllically situated, can only be reached on foot via a private hunter's trail. All surrounding hunting grounds are owned by the Austrian Federal Forestry Office and are leased. For a future buyer, it would be possible to expand the hunting grounds beyond the federal forest.
The agricultural land is currently leased.
