The Sonteralm, in the heart of the Carinthian Nockberge mountains and surrounded by vast alpine meadows, is idyllically nestled in the Ebene Reichenau region and impresses with its untouched natural landscape and magnificent views.
The hunting property borders directly on the village of 9565 Ebene Reichenau and extends from 1,050 m above sea level to 1,910 m in the direction of Falkert and covers an area of around 222.52 ha. Access is from the B-95 Turracher-Bundesstraße; the area is accessed via partially financed gravel roads.

Stalking through the well-maintained but natural forest offers an intensive hunting experience, characterized by the abundance of game, silence and the special character of a high-quality managed forest district.
The shooting plan for the 2025/26 hunting year provides for a balanced use of the game population with a focus on red deer. To date, the first culls have already been carried out, with the majority of the culls still open, which offers broad potential for hunters. According to the available expert opinion, there is currently no damage to game due to traffic or disease and the game population is stable.
The property consists mainly of forest areas, a small agricultural area used for grazing, alpine pasture areas, most of which are wooded, as well as approx. 200 m² dedicated as a building land hunting lodge.
A forestry and hunting lodge, renovated in 2024, is located on the area dedicated as building land.
The forest areas are moderately steep to steep and sufficiently accessible with forest roads. The forest is characterized by an exceptionally high quality, characterized by strong mixed and coniferous stands.
