Located in Vorarlberg's border region, Lechleiten is a small, sunny spot opposite Warth am Arlberg, and nestled between the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps. The countryside region is popular in winter and summer alike and offers plenty of opportunities for sport and relaxation.

The mountain farm, situated at 1,541 m above sea level, was first mentioned in the 16th century and underwent careful structural restoration in the 1990s – with particular attention paid to the location's typical building style. 

A spacious hallway runs into the rustic lounge with its wood panelling and a cosy tiled stove for an additional dose of warmth. An additional room with bathroom, currently used as a living room, spacious combined living and dining area, utility room and guest toilet complete this ground floor. 

The upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase, home to four bedrooms each with bathroom and toilet, along with an open roof gallery with exposed roof truss.
