The demolition-ready mountain home has been carefully and gradually renovated by the owners since 1973 in painstaking detail. Hand-chopped beams, old wood for ceilings, walls, doors, floors were collected and gradually incorporated into today's living comfort.

The 300 years old age of the Höflechner is tangible despite all technical facilities and takes you back to the time of the religious wars and mining in the Schladminger Tauern. According to the municipality, the house chronicle reaches back seamlessly until 1632. The house radiates tranquility, warmth and serenity, which also transmits to its inhabitants.

The mountain home stands on the Planai in just 1,200 m altitude amidst hiking trails and the ski areas of Reiteralm-Hochwurzen-Planai-Hauser Kaibling, thus skiing and hiking pleasure is right at your door step.

On the ground floor you will find the rustic kitchen with dining area and wood-burning stove. The rustic, warm room with many treasures from ancient times, reminiscent of bygone times. There is also a bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite.

The upper floor there are four chambers, which are designed so that everyone can retire to enjoy the deserved rest. On the upper floor, a large room, three chambers, two showers and two toilets guarantee the design of your own daily routine.

The cellar can be reached via an old slate stone staircase, which was expanded into a wine cellar. The "ZuaHäusl" with hand-chopped wooden beams from the year 1770 of a demolition home is the jewel for summer and winter pleasures. There were no plans to do without the sauna with relaxation area, plunge pool and sun terrace with barbecue place. There is also a guest area with two beds and a bathroom.

Operating costs amount to about EUR 300 per month including electricity and heating, heating requirement, secondary residence dedication possible

Incidental costs of up to 10% depending on the purchase price, drafting of the contract, the securing of the purchase price in the land register and family relationship.
